Shipping Policy

All USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Mail Express, and UPS Ground Orders are Shipped Within 24 to 48 hours of order placing.
Economy orders are PROCESSED 3-5 business days after submitted. Depending on order volume, processing times can be shorter or longer.
Once your order is shipped, Blissful Butterz is not responsible for shipping delays with carriers. Packages faced with such delays are beyond our control.


Also, we have no control over what happens when your package reaches your selected address. Lost, damaged, or missing shipment packages are covered by USPS Priority. Stolen Packages are not included in the insurance.


Returned Shipping is usually an error made by customers from inputting the wrong address or an old address. If your item was returned to us,
you are responsible for purchasing shipping fees to get the order sent out again. Please review your shipping address thoroughly to ensure it is entered correctly before placing your order.
If items are returned, a restock fee of $10 will be charged if a refund is requested by customer. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed.


Insurance is included in USPS Priority mail, so your items will be covered. If there is an issue with your order, you should file a claim by contacting your local USPS or UPS to locate/refund a lost package.
There are no guarantees that your items will be covered. for standard shipping. It is at the discretion of the shipping carrier.


All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track it every step of the way!
We recommend that you track your order so you can be aware of pacakge delivery date and to be sure that someone is at home to accept package delivery.


In rare instances, USPS can mark your order as delivered but be behind a day. In these instances, give them 1 additional day to deliver your order before you visit your local USPS to inquire.
If your package has not arrived after 7 business days after your estimated delivery date and tracking has not updated, it is safe to say that your package is missing. A missing package claim will be filed on your
behalf with USPS or UPS. Claim processing can take anywhere from 1-5 business days.
